SOI ONE ble etablert i 2021 og er et street food konsept basert på det thailandske kjøkken. Vår mat er laget med stolthet og en stor dose kjærlighet for thailandsk kvalitet og matkultur. Med gode råvarer, i kombinasjon med faglig presisjon, tilbyr vi ekte og autentisk mat fra Thailands gater.

SOI ONE Ålesund er på jakt etter flere flinke folk og vi ser derfor etter flere kokker i stillinger fra 50% til 100%.

Vi har stor fleksibilitet, men det er ingen hemmelighet at i vår bransje skjer det aller meste på kveld og helg. Vi har åpent nesten hver dag hele året og skal dekke mange forskjellige skift.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

• Sørge for at gjestene våre går ut med et smil om munnen
• Produksjon av autentisk thaimat etter våres oppskrifter 
• Bidra til god stemning både for kollegaer og gjester
  
• Følge opp daglige rutiner
• Både dag og kveldsarbeid (etter turnus)
• Være delaktig i servering og ha kontakt med gjestene
  

Kvalifikasjoner:

• Dokumentert erfaring som kokk
  

• Erfaring med thaimat er en fordel, men ikke et krav

• Beherske engelsk, thai eller et skandinavisk språk muntlig og skriftlig

• Er over 20 år

• Interesse for mat

• Gode samarbeidsevner

• Positiv utstråling

• Kan håndtere høyt tempo

• Er fleksibel

SOI ONE was established in 2021 and is a street food concept based on Thai cuisine. Our food is made with pride and a big dose of love for Thai quality and food culture. With high quality ingredients, in combination with professional precision, we offer real and authentic food from the streets of Thailand.

SOI ONE Ålesund needs more skilled people and we are specifically looking for cooks in 50% part time positions up to 100% positions.

We offer flexible working arrangements, but it's no secret that in our industry most of the work happens in the evenings and in the weekends. We are open almost every day throughout the year and have many different shifts to cover.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that our guests leave with a smile on their face
• Cooking authentic thai food according to our own recipes
• Contribute to a nice atmosphere for colleagues and guests
• Follow up on daily routines
• You enjoy working at a high pace with varied tasks
• Work during daytime and in the evenings (rotation)
• Be involved in serving and have direct contact with guests, if needed

Qualifications:

• Documentet experience as a cook
• Experience with Thai food is a great advantage, but not a requirementt
• Command of either the Scandinavian, English or Thai language, both orally and written
• Are over 20 years of age
• Interest in food
• Good collaboration skills
• Positive and friendly
• Can handle a high tempo
• Flexible
